Subscription Terms for CleanSlate

These Subscription Terms govern your purchase and use of any subscription-based services (the "Service") offered by CleanSlate through the App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.
1. Trial Subscriptions
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a free or paid (for a reduced fee) trial subscription for the Service. A trial provides you with access to the Service for a specified period. Your subscription will begin after your trial ends, or at the confirmation of purchase if no trial was offered.
- Automatic Billing: Unless you cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends, you will be automatically charged the full price for the subscription period you selected at the start of the trial. The price will be the one indicated on the payment screen and/or the App Store purchase pop-up.
- One-Time Offer: Trial offers are typically for new users and may not be available to former subscribers. Eligibility will be determined by us at our sole discretion.
2. Subscription & Automatic Renewal
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Your subscription includes:
3. Payment Method
- Charging Your Account: Payment will be charged to the payment instrument associated with your Apple ID at the confirmation of your purchase.
- Authorization: You authorize Apple to charge the applicable subscription fees to the payment method you have on file with your Apple ID. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information in your Apple ID settings.
4. Cancellation
You are solely responsible for managing and canceling your subscriptions.
- Effect of Cancellation: Canceling your subscription will disable automatic renewal. You will retain access to all subscription features for the remainder of your current, paid-for subscription period. Please note that deleting the app from your device will not cancel your subscription.
- How to Cancel Your Subscription on iPhone:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap on your Name (Apple ID) at the top of the screen.
- Select "Subscriptions".
- You will see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions. Tap on the CleanSlate subscription that you wish to cancel.
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" (you may need to scroll down) and confirm your choice.
- Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for the next subscription period, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of your current period (or trial period).

5. Price Changes
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, we may change subscription fees at any time. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any such pricing changes by posting the new prices within the app and/or by sending a notification through the App Store. If you do not agree to the price change, you must cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.
6. Refunds
All billing and refund transactions are handled by the App Store.
- Requesting a Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, you must request it directly from Apple. We do not have the ability to process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
- Apple's Refund Policies: All refund requests are subject to the App Store Terms of Service and refund policies.
